The Triumphs of Trusting: Persevering Prayer      Luke 18:1-8

Persevering prayer encourages us and builds our faith as we depend on God.

 

1. The Cause for the parable (v. 1)                                     

 

          a. to persevere in prayer, and

          b. to not lose heart.                                               

                     

 

2. The Content of the parable (vv. 2-8)

 

 

3. The Character of God (v. 7)

          -God is just.

          -God is loving.

          -God is wise.

         

 

4. The Challenge for God’s people (v. 8)
